To whom it may concern,
Georgina Crawford has been working with PAM Wayfinding as an intern since October, 2017.
We are a technology start up working in the facility management and design space to revolutionise the wayfinding industry. Our company officially launched in February 2017 and has experienced rapid growth and development during this period. Georgina very quickly became essential to this continued success during her time with PAM.
Adaptable, friendly and highly intelligent, we could not have managed without her. As is the nature of a start-up her role included a wide range of activities including support of the entire marketing and sales team. She has been solely in charge of our social media suite, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. In addition, Georgina has developed and utilised her copy writing abilities in providing both blog posts and sales collateral. She has also completed various administration jobs across the entire company structure.
Her role also included significant support to myself, Campaign Manager and to our CMO. This included supporting the creation and execution of several in house and international events, demanding strong project management skills. In all, I believe she will agree that her 5 months with PAM wayfinding were both diverse and demanding. Under this pressure, Georgina consistently delivered to an extremely high standard in every project.
I would highly recommend Georgina for any marketing positions. She is a capable, intelligent and motivated individual who rises to a challenge and seeks feedback. Should you need further information or a confidential character reference, I would be happy to be contacted via the methods above.
Kind regards,
- Madeleine Davies, Marketing Co-Ordinator at PAM Wayfinding.
To Whom It May Concern,
It is my pleasure to enthusiastically recommend Georgina Crawford for your organization.
My name is Louise Greenwood, Store Manager at Good Games Chatswood. I have had the pleasure of working with Georgina for two and a half years while we were both working for Good Games. In my time at Good Games I have worked with all of our Sydney managers, and of all of them, Georgina is the most hard-working.
Georgina was a great mentor to me when I started management at an Assistant Manager level. Her insights into handling staff, difficult customers, and stock became invaluable to me and when I became a manager, her wealth of experience and expertise helped me overcome the hurdles of starting an unfamiliar and more demanding job. The work she has done at the Town Hall store has directly led to its recovery from the challenge that was Covid.
Through her perseverance, Georgina was able to bring customers back to the store at a time when business was struggling, not only after covid but when she took over as the manager at Good Games Burwood. Through a combination of social media marketing, community outreach and business savvy, she was able to not only reclaim customers who had stopped coming to these stores, but create new interest and draw in new groups of people to allow the stores she was running to come back from challenging circumstances.
I am confident without reservation that Georgina would be an excellent fit for any business. As a reliable and dedicated manager, she will be an excellent addition to your team.
Feel free to contact me at 0487 849 402 if you have any questions or would like me to further elaborate on Georgina’s talents and achievements.

To Whom It May Concern,
I have worked with Georgie as her mentor at the Co-op in her participation in the Leadership Development Program. This program identifies individuals who show the drive and potential to become a Store Manager within the Co-op Organization. During this year-long program, Georgie has exhibited determination and perseverance in completing her studies and passing her evaluations. She is dedicated to her development and works autonomously, seeking guidance when the need arises.
Warm Regards,
— Jim Somerlott, Store Manager, The Co-op
